salt, chargrilled peppers, sweet peppadrops, sugar, spices, natural glavourings.
preservatives: (sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate)
antioxidant: (Sodium erythorbate), colour: (E120).
Filled in natural hog casing.

Storage: Always store frozen. Should be -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Cooking instructions: Defrost before cooking, recommended grilled, oven baked or deep fried. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.
